Jennifer Hull Studio (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides branding, UX, and digital design services. We operate from KZN, South Africa.
What this policy covers
How we collect, use, store, and share your personal information in line with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) and, where relevant, GDPR principles.
Information We Collect
Contact details you share (name, email, phone) via forms, email, WhatsApp, or proposals.
Project information (business name, goals, assets).
Basic usage data (pages viewed, referrers) if analytics are enabled.
Payment information handled by third-party processors (we don’t store card details).
How We Use Your Information
To respond to enquiries and deliver proposals/services.
To manage projects, invoices, and support.
To improve our site and services.
To send occasional updates you’ve asked for (you can opt out anytime).
Lawful Basis
Consent (you contact us / opt in).
Contract (we need info to deliver what you hired us to do).
Legitimate Interest (basic analytics, portfolio administration).
Sharing Your Information
We only share data with service providers we use to run the studio (e.g., email, hosting, analytics, invoicing). They process it on our behalf and must keep it secure.
Retention
Enquiries: up to 12 months.
Client/project records: up to 5 years for legal/accounting.
You can request deletion where legally possible.

Access, correct, delete your data.
Withdraw consent.
Lodge a complaint with the Information Regulator (South Africa).
